Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was exceptional, with a few minor drawbacks. The location was superb, just a short walk to various attractions, although the noise from the pool area was a bit disturbing. The rooms were cozy, albeit slightly small, and lacked a bathtub, which was understandable for the standard room category.
My stay at the hotel was just perfect. The rooms were so pleasant, decorated in soothing neutral colors, undoubtedly the best in Aix en Provence. The service was so caring, nice, and efficient, making my experience truly enjoyable. The location was outstanding, only a 15-minute walk to all the attractions. The dining experience was friendly, although I found the pricing a bit excessive. Overall, a wonderful stay that I'll cherish.
I had the best stay in Aix en Provence at this hotel. The rooms, decorated in soothing neutral colors, were big enough, and even though they could have had a bath, it was so pleasant. The service was mostly friendly and helpful, especially Quentin the concierge who made my exploration of the surrounding vineyards a memorable experience. The outstanding location, only a 15-minute walk to everything I could wish for, topped off the experience with a beautiful garden. The dining experience, with many delicious options available, was overwhelming, though the coffee could have been better.
The hotel had gorgeous rooms, some with terraces and spacious en-suites, though a bath would have been a nice touch for the regular rooms. The cleanliness and overall niceness were up to par, but given the price, I expected a bit more. The service was exceptional, particularly the concierge Quentin, who made my day with his suggestion of a sidecar tour. The warmth and effort from housekeeping, serving team, and other staff members were commendable, even though a slight improvement in manners during service could be appreciated. The location was even more stunning in person, with the hotel granting every wish one could have in a quiet residential area of Aix en Provence. The dining experience was overwhelming with a multitude of delicious options and excellent offerings, but the slight oversight in etiquette stood out. Overall, the hotel offers great value for money in the high segment category.
The hotel has big enough rooms that were incredible, but it was very loud and disturbing when people were pulling the sunbeds at the pool. The service was caring, nice, and efficient, especially the concierge Quentin, who made my day memorable with a sidecar/motorbike exploration. However, there were some issues with manners and timeliness. The location is outstanding, only a 15-minute walk to the city center, surrounded by well-kept gardens. The dining experience was overwhelming with delicious options, although the price was considered excessive. The facilities were modern, but the price could be better.
